About Hetk

Built by Andrei Reinus under Hetk Technologies OÜ in Estonia. One person, focused on doing calendar sync well across Google, Outlook, and iCloud.

What is Hetk?

Hetk is a calendar synchronization service that keeps Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCloud in real-time sync. When you create, update, or delete an event in one calendar, the change appears in the others automatically.

We built Hetk because syncing calendars across providers shouldn’t cost $100+/year or require complex workarounds. Our Personal plan starts at $15/year, a fraction of what alternatives charge.

What we do

  • Bi-directional sync between Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCloud
  • Privacy controls that let you mask event details when syncing across calendars
  • Real-time updates via webhooks. Changes sync in seconds, not hours.
  • Simple setup: connect your accounts, pick calendars, choose a direction, done.

Who builds Hetk

Andrei Reinus, a software engineer based in Estonia, builds Hetk. It’s a solo-founder project: one person building a focused product that does calendar sync well.

Why solo?

Calendar sync is a well-defined problem. It doesn’t need a 50-person team. One engineer who understands OAuth, webhooks, and calendar APIs can build a better sync engine than a large team building a “platform” with features nobody asked for.

The result is a lean product at a lean price. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs pressure. The tool only has to pay for itself.

Our approach

Privacy by design

Calendar data is sensitive. We don’t store event content beyond what’s needed for sync. OAuth 2.0 means we never see your password. The “Mark as Private” feature strips event details before they reach the target calendar.

Transparent pricing

Two plans, annual billing, no hidden fees. Personal ($15/year) for up to 3 sync pairs; Professional ($50/year) for up to 8 sync pairs. Both support unlimited calendars. Early adopters lock in lower prices: $10 Personal, $35 Professional.

We don’t offer a free tier because running calendar sync has real costs (API calls, webhook infrastructure, database storage). Instead, we offer a 21-day free trial with full feature access. That’s enough time to know if Hetk works for you.

Standard integrations

We use the official Google Calendar API, Microsoft Graph API, and Apple CalDAV protocol. No screen scraping or reverse engineering. Standard, supported integrations that work reliably.
