What each plan includes
Every CalendarBridge tier includes the same core feature set — the tiers differ almost entirely by calendar count:
Basic — $48/year, 2 calendars
Unlimited event syncing, up to 10 scheduling pages, and the unified calendar app. Enough for one person keeping a work and a personal calendar in step.
Premium — $96/year, 5 calendars
The same features plus the AI executive assistant. Five calendars covers a second work account or a shared family calendar.
Pro — $384/year, 8 calendars
Identical feature set again. You are paying for calendar slots 6 through 8 — and that is where the pricing turns sharp.
The part of the price worth understanding
The jump from Premium to Pro is the whole story. Going from 5 calendars to 8 — three more slots, no new features — takes the price from $96 to $384 a year. That is four times the cost for 60% more calendars, and it is the single biggest decision on this pricing page.
Three other things shape the real bill:
There is no free tier. You cannot run a permanent minimal setup, and you cannot leave one calendar connected between busy periods without paying.
Calendars, not connections, are the unit. Every calendar you attach counts, including read-only ones you never sync out of. Four accounts with two calendars each is eight calendars, not four.
Scheduling and AI are bundled whether you want them or not. If you came for sync alone, the scheduling pages, the unified calendar app and the AI assistant are all inside the price you pay.
The math for a typical multi-account setup
Someone syncing a work Google account, a personal Google account, and an iCloud calendar — six calendars once you count the sub-calendars each account carries — lands on Pro at $384/year, because six is above the Premium ceiling of 5.

When CalendarBridge is worth its price
Genuinely, and worth saying plainly:
- You want scheduling pages in the same tool. CalendarBridge bundles up to 10 booking links. Hetk does not have them at any price.
- You want the AI scheduling assistant. You CC it on an email and it books the meeting. Hetk has no equivalent.
- You want a unified calendar app. CalendarBridge ships one; Hetk syncs your existing calendars and leaves you in them.
- You want mobile apps. CalendarBridge has iPhone and Android apps. Hetk is web-only.
If you use two or three of those, CalendarBridge is a reasonable buy and the price is for a bigger product than sync.
When it is not
If you opened CalendarBridge’s pricing page because you want your calendars to stay in step and nothing more, you are paying for a scheduling suite to get a sync engine. That is the case where the gap is largest — $384/year versus $50/year for the same six calendars kept in sync.

On CalendarBridge it is Pro, at $384/year. Hetk does not cap calendars at all — Personal is $15/year and Professional is $50/year, both with unlimited calendars, limited instead by how many sync pairs you configure.
Will I lose my events if I stop paying for CalendarBridge?
No. Disconnecting stops future syncing; events already written to your calendars stay there. The same is true of Hetk.
