All three tiers include unlimited calendar syncs and unlimited scheduling links. The tiers differ by calendar count and by the administrative features layered on top.

The two things that drive the real bill
Pricing is per user, so a team multiplies. This is the difference that catches people out. Essential is $120/year for one person — and $600/year for five, $1,200/year for ten. The calendar limit is per user too, so a bigger team does not spread the allowance further.
The Essential-to-Premium step is steep for most individuals. Going from 5 calendars to 50 costs $120 to $300 per user per year. If you need 6 calendars, you pay for 50 — and for the SSO and managed-account machinery a single user has no use for.
There is also no permanent free tier, so a minimal setup cannot sit idle between busy periods without being paid for.

Hetk prices per account rather than per seat, and does not cap calendars — the limit is how many sync pairs you configure, not how many calendars you attach.
When OneCal is worth its price
Worth stating plainly, because for some teams it is the right buy:
- You need SSO and managed accounts. OIDC/SAML and admin-managed users are real requirements at a certain size, and Hetk has no equivalent.
- You want scheduling links in the same tool. OneCal bundles unlimited booking links. Hetk does not have them.
- You want white-labelling. Premium removes OneCal branding from booking pages.
