Who to write to

  • Support: [email protected] Setup help, sync questions, billing, anything about your account. If a sync isn’t behaving the way you expect, tell us which two calendars are involved and what you’re seeing versus what you expected. That detail usually lets us answer in the first reply instead of the third.

  • Security: [email protected] Vulnerability reports and responsible disclosure. We read these first. If you’ve found something, send steps to reproduce and we’ll confirm receipt quickly. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and fix before any public disclosure.

  • Privacy: [email protected] Data access, correction, and deletion requests, or any question about how your calendar data is handled. You can also delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from the app settings; the Security page explains exactly what that removes.

Before you write

A few answers are already written down, and the page often beats the inbox for speed:

  • The Features page lists what each plan does.
  • The Security page explains authentication, encryption, and data handling in detail.

If you’ve read those and still have a question, write anyway. The use-case pages and the FAQ both grew out of questions people sent to support, so a good question often becomes the next page.
